Some fairly simple reasons? 

• It's not free to purchase, host & manage a website/domain/constant contact email list. While we are happy to donate much of our time & expertise to updates and such, there are also some hard costs associated with monthly maintenance and subscriptions.

• There are some hard costs associated with printing out collateral, signs, social media campaigns, etc... in order to get the word out and support this endeavor, we are looking for local sponsors. Please contact us if you or your business would like to be a part of this. 

• We promise to be transparent in the use of any funds collected, and also if we find ourselves at the end of this process and there are funds left over, we will send an email survey/poll to ask which local or environmental charity we should donate any excess funds.

Vistaprint - double sided cards to hand out with both the website and petition info on it. ($118.33)

NinjaTransfers - A gang sheet worth of t-shirt transfers to make t-shirts or hats to wear in Pompano and to any meetings you may attend.

Postcards - Paid for next day delivery so that we could distribute as many as possible quickly! ($231.53)

• Constant Contact Email List - (This will end up going up to $30-80/month as our subscriber list continues to grow)  - $12.00/mo

Items Wish List:

• An order of at least 100 printed T-Shirts (this I could do as a "pre-order" type of process, but would need to pre-sell enough to cover the base $ amount)

• An order of embroidered transfers for baseball hats/hat blanks (for those who prefer hats instead of t-shirts) - Again, could definitely set this up as the same sort of "pre-order" process. 

Volunteers Wish List: 

• Attorney - Preferably with Real Estate/Corporate experience

• Architect/Engineer - Preferably with large scale building experience who can help decipher city codes, ordinances, etc.

• Local Volunteers - Hands on, helping to distribute items or information within neighborhoods/condo buildings (basically like a bunch of representatives to spread information to your local neighbors/building residents & help spread the word in general). Also attend any meetings necessary so we have a good presence in person as well as online.
